Overall it was a fair experience although there was not a total freedom of decision making. The school always welcomed new ideas and encouraged their implementation. Hence it was helpful in new skills development.

The top management believed in flattering or buttering hence genuine people were not appropriately rewarded or in other words their work was not accurately identified. The top management usually used to ignore hierarchy.
