It's not a company they are just a importer having a good products. Compansation is very bad it means less than 0.0005% than your monthly sales target. These are Insurance peoples running sales team. Most of the ZM don't know how to sell. Raajesh Wazirani is the worst boss whom I work with in my career.

Dislikes

No on job training no product detailing. Lots of politics, ZM putting unnecessary pressure for unrealistic numbers. Pathatic work culture. HR is just for name sake no HR policies
