Thanks my unit and my seniors. I can't explain that how much knowledge and experience i have collect here. In few step I face new types of problem and get chance to be corrected that from my senior engineers.

Dislikes

My teammates who are Juniors. They are curious about to know machine and how to solve the problems. Also 1st time I get to see Union problem on here.

Good working place for employee and also learn lot of things in industry ,

Dislikes

During covid -19 period from company side some of precaution not taken ,especially from HR department there is no responce ,i am working one week without knowing the issues (issues-all senior level people affected by covid -19) ,in that period salary dosnt credited fully and on time,

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
