Poor policies, work from of will be there in your portal but they won't allow you Job security is really poor, they can fire you immediately without any notice HR's are there for no reason, they don't take stand for anyone. People in higher position are not the one who deserves they usually promote their relatives and their known people thats it.

Management is not good at all. Nepotism is their, where talents are working from years, management’s relative takes higher positions and talents have to work under unskilled relatives. More than 70 employees left the company because of this reason.

Additionally, getting time-to-time feedback from the full team instead of specific members will help enhance the employee's performance. Despite these challenges, the overall positive work environment and the company's mission continue to make it a rewarding place to be.

It’s been more than an year working with Bridging Technologies and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. The work culture is great and everyone believes in equality and team work. The food served is delicious here everyday and specially on Fridays as they make special delicacies that day! Another plus point is the in-house saloon services provided by the company.
