Management is not good at all. Nepotism is their, where talents are working from years, management’s relative takes higher positions and talents have to work under unskilled relatives. More than 70 employees left the company because of this reason.

While there is much to appreciate about working here, a few areas could benefit from improvements like maintaining structured communication about organizational changes would help in keeping aligned. Additionally, getting time-to-time feedback from the full team instead of specific members will help enhance the employee's performance. Despite these challenges, the overall positive work environment and the company's mission continue to make it a rewarding place to be.

It’s been more than an year working with Bridging Technologies and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. The work culture is great and everyone believes in equality and team work. The food served is delicious here everyday and specially on Fridays as they make special delicacies that day! Another plus point is the in-house saloon services provided by the company.

It’s been almost 4 years working here at Bridging Technologies, the environment is really cool and awesome. The team is really supportive and help you. Company also provide free meal and salon services to it’s employees.
