Work culture is terrible, you will be asked to do something by a manager and will be scrutinized by other manager for doing it. Many employees are leaving the organization. Projects are haywire, clients are not renewing the contracts.

They are very bad company . it steals employee salary , they arefacing 2 lawsuits from income tax department,Govt of india and 2 lawsuits from ex-employee.don't join. it ruins one's career

There are still some friendly seniors from whom you can learn some work... Specially in SAS

After management have changed at the end of 2016 this company degraded terribly... Some good people still joins as they did not get updated of the current culture in Bridgetree... But beware before joining bridgetree... Very poor work life balance, management is a disaster... They have 0 management skills... Also most importantly very poor quality of work... People will not want to degrade their career by joining here... The management can not be TRUSTED at all... This trust can be financial or some other politics

Small company with amazing employee benefit policies.excellent HR policies and Employee friendly environment. Best organization where work life balance can be attained. Very helpfulsenuor management.

best part is the team bonding ,office outing, lunch , food reimbursement etc. work quality is good .and sometimes you get to work with some cutting edge tools.you will get quite a good job satisfaction.

Dislikes

job security is pathetic.they can lay you off any day even you are the best contributor.Most of the Managers behave with you badly and help you go into deep frustration mode.and some very politely tries to prove how worthless you are.Leave it and live your life to some professional place.People are least bothered about your growth.if your work is appreciated they will take the credit and if the case is reversed you will be exposed to face the circumstances and within your tenure you might get warned many times.
