...sting HOD is a part of ELT. Among ELT, there's no one from the Tire Background. Last 3-4 years yearly increment gets worst and hence the current salary is less than Market.

As it is Japanese company,some of policies brought by Japanese people are good.Compensation policies are good as well as work life balance is also good

Due to Indian people in management ,companies japanese culture is depleting.Also there is no carrier growth in company as well as very less increments in salary. In management people from particular caste and religion promote their caste people. "Aapala Manus"

The culture of company is very good. Working atmosphere is employee friendly. Compensation plan is much higher than market standard. Employee oriented management. Company providing training & development programs periodically for employees is really great.

...region leaders rather than depending on the Head Office for each and every work. Incentives and compensation should be provided on quarterly/monthly basis in order to boost the employee morale in the workplace.
