One of the worst company, please dont go to work.. company fully politics... if you work properly ,the other workers will do politics and they will give more trouble and pressure and they will send out of company... there is no value of working for DIPLOMA and B.E graduates . This is suitable only for 10 and 12 qualifications. There is no safety they will tell to do exercise after eating full meals, this is one of the stupid idea about saftey but they will tell safety 1st. If you want to work good and if you need to go to higher positions means ..please dont go to that company for work...

I learn new things every as research and technical department. It's about rubber technology. Day to day new testing rubber making are made. So it is an good experience overall.

Work Life Balance (Late Sitting, No strict policy for 5 Day Week, Not Provided if HOD want), Poor Competency Level of HODs, 1980s approach of Working, Almost No Skill Upgradation & Training Programs, No Compensatory-Off for Overtime Hours but Half Leave deduction Policy on Late Comings, No Criteria for Promotions & Appraisal Grading (only HOD Recommendation based)

The company is believe to deliver a quality product, it's growing day by day in it, there is freedom to keep your opinion in front of management. Good in work life balance due to understandable sales work culture no unnecessary work pressure. Pay is good enough.

Dislikes

...o no any motivational programmes for employees so don't find exposure in future. Just do work & have salary. company don't have plans to make employees excite to work more.
