The company is believe to deliver a quality product, it's growing day by day in it, there is freedom to keep your opinion in front of management. Good in work life balance due to understandable sales work culture no unnecessary work pressure. Pay is good enough.

Dislikes

The company is very poor in training programmes & employee engagement events, also no any motivational programmes for employees so don't find exposure in future. Just do work & have salary. company don't have plans to make employees excite to work more.
