Every year they've layoffs. Very less opportunity to grow. Overloaded with work. They dont have projects. Many are already on bench. They'll just shift from one project to another . No stability.

The list is long Terrible job security! 12 employees were fired from my own team over the period of 1 year, and almost 60 people from a project. They will setup an hr meeting one day and your access will be removed and you will be forced to resign over the call. They had terrible IT security in place and were hit by a malware last year, as a result they lost a few projects and people were again fired. Nasty politics, Indian management only promotes people who are close to them, others are given peanuts in the name of upraisal. Favouritism, people refer their sisters, wives even when they are not qualified and they get hired. Inters are treated like donkeys. No appreciation or motivation by the management when you do good work, but you’ll be slammed hard for the slightest mistake. Professionalism is the worst. Egoistic managers, pathetic higher management. The list goes on and on and on, please join only if there are no other options and at your own risk.

No job security and if you are paid well definitely be cautious, they have support kind of work and not pure development or architectural work. People sitting in US Canada dictate the team here. No growth
