Likes

It was a NGO for poor and needy children who are living in slum area. We provides good nutritious food, study material, free teaching. Look out the students overall growth. It is a good education centre for all.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10 to 14 hours straight in a day. Mostly the location where at present I am working in is surrounded by coal mines.

Teammates ware very helpful. As the salary package was not satisfactory and travel policy was good. Work environment was good as had freedom. There was time given for family.
