The policies are framed based on inputs from Management and Employees, which puts both sides at ease. Flexible working hours are another feather to the wings which puts the employees' lookup to the organization with respect.

The General Manager in India and his deputies are corrupt to the core, they are pouncing on opportunities where they can make monies. This makes it difficult for the honest staff to work as the ones who don't participate in this corruption are put through hell and eventually, people are thrown out.

Very much disgusting culture and even basic amenities not provided by the management. Too much politics will resist your growth and generate no satisfaction in job life. No good policies, over-all nothing good as per company standards. It's just a job if you are not bother about career growth and want politics around you than join Bridge.
