...t all work done by contract temporary staff.Permanent employees round the stick.It is a contractor company there have not any work life balance salary on time for those who is permanent and contract temporary there have no timely salary they behave like slave.

Skills can be developed by working here. Can be used as a training for working under immense pressure. Job security is a good thing. You can stay there for long if you perform well.

No defined working hours. Almost 7 days in a week, you have to work. No sound salary package. Bad working culture.

This company is good for all knowledge gaining attitude. The working culture is good when compare to other PSU. The company analyse the staff problem and solve it in the working zone.

There is a big difference between permanent and contractual staffs, salary also not to much attractive . Duty hour is too much high. Minimum 12 hour with lots of politics between stuffs. Not a good environment for work. But good platform for learning.

...r work also such as billing, commercial work, account work also you have to do.Company is ok but during this pandemic situation they are allowing us to do work but not paying salary on time. No job security, work culture is ok, management is also ok, company not having any policies against us.

Many job work taking from us. Matter politics ,unable to take up our issue, not giving salary increment after an year also.
