I’ve been working under Aneet Khatwani, the General Manager, for some time now, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. It’s rare that I leave such negative feedback, but after witnessing and enduring his unprofessional behavior, I feel it’s important to speak up. Aneet’s approach to leadership seems to be rooted in personal ego rather than genuine leadership. He creates an environment where his attitude and behavior towards agents are condescending and dismissive. His inability to separate personal feelings from professional responsibilities has led to a toxic work culture. He treats agents as if their opinions don’t matter and frequently uses his position to assert dominance rather than fostering a collaborative environment. This type of leadership is not only discouraging but also demotivating, leaving the team feeling unsupported. What has been most disheartening is his evident favoritism and partiality. It’s obvious that certain agents are favored while others are left to deal with unfair practices, including lead shuffling. Leads are reassigned without any logical explanation, creating unnecessary confusion and hindering the ability of agents to meet their targets. This inconsistency feels intentional, as if it’s done to play mind games and assert control, rather than based on merit or performance. It has also created unnecessary competition among agents, making us feel as if we’re constantly fighting for basic opportunities. Another frustrating aspect of his leadership is his tendency to degrade agents publicly. Instead of offering constructive feedback or guidance, he resorts to belittling individuals, which destroys morale and confidence. His lack of emotional intelligence means that any feedback or criticism is often delivered with sarcasm and disdain, making it feel more like a personal attack rather than an opportunity to improve. This toxic atmosphere has made many agents, including myself, seriously consider leaving the job. Job security has also been threatened under Aneet’s leadership. He frequently uses the threat of job loss as a tool to manipulate agents into submission. This constant fear of losing one’s job hangs over us like a sword of Damocles, stifling productivity and creativity, as agents feel they have to constantly walk on eggshells to avoid making a mistake. This is not the kind of environment anyone should have to endure, especially in a role where performance should be supported, not threatened. Lastly, it is troubling that Aneet has continued to support an individual who has been accused of harassment. Despite these serious allegations, there seems to be no transparency or accountability in how this issue is being handled. This not only reflects poorly on his leadership but also creates a sense of discomfort and unease among the team, as it signals that serious matters are being brushed aside. In conclusion, Aneet Khatwani’s leadership style is deeply flawed and detrimental to the growth and wellbeing of the team. His attitude, partiality, and disregard for professionalism create an environment where agents feel undervalued, disrespected, and insecure. I sincerely hope that changes are made to improve the work culture and leadership, but until then, I cannot recommend working under his management.

Company is good but need to modify many responsibilities. If you joined as PM, you have to play role of QS, Execution, Planning and sales part also you need to play . Rest all departments people simply put everything on PMs head and they will simply enjoy. Especially sales and operations people only spoiling the work culture. Sales people will give false commitment to customers and they will escape and operations people they are non technical background and didn't have any idea other than doing entries in Google sheets. Specially operation guy VARUN he is off no use and simply change the projects in PMs dashboard without any information and if anything issues will arise means he will and come and ask you. Because of him only many people left. And very special lady from Sales PUJA,she is also of no use and she is like liabilities to company because she will not do anything not even attending any customer for any issues. Whenever we saw she is outside only like for tea breaks, tiffin, dinner and Lunch. If any customer came with issues she will simply pass wrong information to his head and his head tell to attend the customer to PMs only. These people of no use. From so many years they are doing like this . Near by parks also roaming for hours and hours of time. Management don't have control on these people. Before joining think thrice.

...the payment from their side. CEO doesn't know what's happening under his nose. They just want numbers on paper but not actual work, with every project company is making loss considering salary factor. They are expanding to get more funding from investors, as actual burnout is more then the revenue. 18% GST which is charged for customer is claimed by company on customer's tab, hence forth it is not given to contractors. Conclusively if you want peace of mind DO NOT JOIN BRICK & BOLT, It will end up in regretting for your entire life.
