As a freshers I able learn a lot of thing about electrical maintenance. For a freshers, BRG is a good platform to learn basic of Maintenance, Production and Quality maintain. You will get a weekly off.

Dislikes

...k like a technician and everybody from other deprtment will treat you like that. No fix date for salary. Management will not provide or entertain any kind of increment or Promotion request after completion of training. You will not get any kind off paid leave, no work no pay rule for everybody. Food at canteen is very poor.

Good for freshers one can learn a lot of things . Brg kharagpur BSPL is like a training centre for new pass out students.

Salary structure is very low. No work life balance . If you stay in the company's accommodation then your duty is 24*7 Management is worst No salary increment Company under liquidation They charge for food accommodation,moreover canteen charges more from outside home deliveries. Company politics is worst . The working people did not get the value if you impress your senior in any other way then only you will be praised Lack of professionalism is everywhere in the company from management to Hr . If you are a BSPL engineer you have to do everything from operating machine to loading container as a helper apart from his own job . Company is in a horrible condition.

...ssure is very high of my company, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day .Do not job security of this company and not given exact salary,so have not growth of career

...y didnot support at the time of Covid19. As the company is in liquidation state. At this months no salary given by company as well as after company opens in June company starts termination and terminate me. Very inhuman nature. Emplyoees are not liable of liquidation.
