There are no pros about BRG, its an old UK based firm but operates like a start-up with horrible management skills.

Dislikes

Toxic workplace, micro-management, burnout, poor leadership, no growth opportunities, inadequate compensation, biased recognition and rewards, limited autonomy, poor communication, ever changing company values, poor HR management, unresolved conflicts, constant criticism, leadership bad behaviour with junior employees, chasing away talent, no complaints are heard at the leadership level, no trust with employees, monotonous tasks, no new learnings, hesitant in taking ideas and feedback from employees, uneven workload, favouritism in promotion and appreciation, spineless leadership, strict rules with working hours
