Rightfully they don’t provide any salary slip but When I asked for a Salary Slip they made one that was out of rule and not the right way next HR in another interviewing company denied it to be correct. No appointment, Joining, Letter of Intent or Confirmation Letter is issued from the company side. Food - Quality is not upto the mark. Same breakfast is served 365 days a year, Staff has to strike and stop their work due to bad food. Accommodation - Bed is not Provided. Job Security - They can ask you to leave on the spot any day and anytime without any type of prior notice. Salary does not come in the account on the time we have to ask thrice then they would transfer it in our account otherwise no salary. They do a cash transfer from the account of the accountant in our bank account but not from company’s account so the next HR wherever we will go for interview when they would check our account they will not see name of the hotel in our passbook that way the next boss does not believe in our last salary and does not give any hike in the salary. Trainees from Mumbai run (front office) they abuse to their colleagues and same can be seen in their reviews all this mistakes blast on the head of the HOD which took place in my absence. High Level of Office Politics is taken place by the Female receptionist whatever mistakes she do she tries to Blame another person for it and present it to the General Manager in the absence of HOD.. Salary scale is extremely low in compare to the work responsibilities and designations allotment to a single person. Working Hours are More in compare to the labour law that they don’t follow. We did not even got time from work to have food. I would not even suggest my enemy to work over there.
