No Job Security No Job Satisfaction Don't fall the good reviews on the websites. The HR and Managers ask the employees to give good reviews. If you are new joinee or starter, this is not what you want to start from. You will learn very bad things which won't help you in future in big reputed companies. Lots of micromanagement. Poor Leadership skills. If you are in good terms with the Head/GM, then you can be anyone. No matter how much you slog or work hard, it won't be enough for them. Don't fall for the weekly reviews which they ask. Since they have made the reviews team wise, it becomes easy for them to pick the people out who might have given bad or average reviews. Don't worry about the 2 year bond. Even the leaders know it's illegal as they are aware not all employees will fight.

No job security. They can kick you out at any moment widout caring about ur well-being. Commerce graduates are Manager’s which hampers the growth of organisation. The most pathetic organisation. Please do not join . It’s a hell wid all fools .

Worst management, no work life balance, rude HR, and Toxic work culture. Also they force you to sign a two year bond because they know else employees would not stay because of such worst management and work culture. You do not get appreciated for your work.

The work culture, no pressure, flexible timings

Dislikes

Your job is not safe, you cannot have job security if your manager sucks and is partial. You can be thrown out anytime. No training given for job role designated, you will have to self learn everything but still no appreciation. It sucks.
