No Job Security No Job Satisfaction Don't fall the good reviews on the websites. The HR and Managers ask the employees to give good reviews. If you are new joinee or starter, this is not what you want to start from. You will learn very bad things which won't help you in future in big reputed companies. Lots of micromanagement. Poor Leadership skills. If you are in good terms with the Head/GM, then you can be anyone. No matter how much you slog or work hard, it won't be enough for them. Don't fall for the weekly reviews which they ask. Since they have made the reviews team wise, it becomes easy for them to pick the people out who might have given bad or average reviews. Don't worry about the 2 year bond. Even the leaders know it's illegal as they are aware not all employees will fight.

No job security. They can kick you out at any moment widout caring about ur well-being. Commerce graduates are Manager’s which hampers the growth of organisation. The most pathetic organisation. Please do not join . It’s a hell wid all fools .

Micro management can be something you will deal with all the time, Bad shift rosters changes within 2 weeks rotational shifts, sadly it takes them forever to hire engineers, they will admit there is crunch but will not hire people and make the engineers extend shifts without over time pay , manager changes every 6 months just imagine, the culture Pathetic!

Good technical tools and network infrastructure to learn but due to huge workload no one can learn after working for 12 hours day work does not end... And company claim that your shift hours is only 8 hours.

Toxic work culture While HR brief i got induction by HR named Siddhika Rane.. She told in this company you can work and anyone who is your relative either direct relationship or indirect one of them has to leave. But she got married to one of the NOC Lead named Sandeep Ghughe and both are working by forming Nexus there and Playing Politics with entire team.

Very peaceful place to work. I am from Finance department and Everyone is very calm, friendly and helpful. Good company to learn and grow. Greatful to be a part of Brennan IT!
