...any . They use the software which is not used by any other company in the world. Over all they give you salary at right time so that you won't regret to work for them even there is not even 1 percentage of growth in the future.

Dislikes

Worst thing about the company is that they won't give you job confirmation unless you have recommendations from company employees or the secretary of the office. Secretary plays full on politics by selecting the candidate who are known to her and not on the performance of the candidate during the training, even if you are good at training period you will still not get selected . Please freshers Civil engineers those who graduate and looking for a bright future ahead don't join this company.

Work life balance is excellent, coworker are extremely cooperative. No much work pressure.

Dislikes

Has a very hostile work culture because only one person makes decisions for the whole company. There is no feedback loop for employees as there is no HR department for a company of 100 people.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
