They are more politics in this organisation which we need to very careful with the management, and the growth is very slow, no proper benefits for employees like EPF, no bonus, etc and salary increments nothing

1st thing is that the workplace is filthy, cockroaches, rats roaming around. There is grease of the ovens everywhere. Truly speaking, there is not a single dime of following up of hygiene where food is made everyday. There were even complaints of hair and cockroach being found in breads from customers. As I was asst. chef there, I heard it from my seniors and manager discussing one afternoon.

I disliked all.
