Salary will be on time for direct employees. No holding for OT, everything for a month will be cleared on time. Excellent salary disbursement process. One of the best I have seen in Saudi Arabia.

If you're educated and wish to work in the safety department as HSE officer or below, You will hate your profession for sure. They are treating Safety officer like helpers. Same transportation, same shelter, same toilet with long Q for your primary need. Expect from food( mess) be ready to fight with uneducated, mannerless peoples for, transportation, shelter, toilet etc. you have to eat food sitting near to stray dogs and a group of flies daily. One and only department who treat the staff like shit. That HSE department in Br.CAT. If your only aim is making good money go for it. Don't expect respect from anyone. Even helpers will treat you like shit. Conclusion: If you wish to work in the HSE department as Safety officer be ready to clean waste, even the shit of stray dogs and other people. I'm not exaggerating, it's the same you are going to do! Best wishes.

Very Bad food , No increments, Makes to do overtime but doesn't pay , very small container room for 2 people, unhygienic water , no value staff and labour both are same here , will not give emergency leave and vacancations on time

Salary is on time. Company is giving traveling time also.nothinng else.

Discrimination is the big factor. For Lebanese people salary and food is excellent. For Indian Pakistani people salary food and Accommodation is worst. No respect of senior position if they are engineer or manager or anything.

Every one is very co operative. Over all its a good company to work for. The salary is on time and there isnt much hustle if anyone wants to go for a vacation.

Dislikes

It is in a remote desert location. Not enough growth.
