Employee and Employer process, Organized way of system in Sale, CRM process, Place of the Project, Management is Good in possession to take system proceedings, all other departments are strong to support and skilled people

Dislikes

Time process of project is slow, Salary and Package is very low comparing other Builders and Realtors, Overall Management need to think overall Present, past, Future metrics to develop HR, Operations, Civil related to improve Good to Very Good

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
