The management doesn't have manners that how to talk withh there employees.
Salary is very less even appraisal is also very less.
Worst environment and manners less people
A part from Management, if your surname is Gupta, then you need not to worry about anything. Managements holds a soft corner for the Gupta surname. All your mistakes, indiscipline will be ignored and no action will be taken against you even if you are using abusive language in the office in front of your colleagues, having clashes with each and every distributor, colleagues, pantry boy, other department employees, security guard, housekeeping, Senior Managers, etc.
Also you can get high and misbehave with the international delegates and management will still ignore it.
...inters you will be frozen to cold.
Timings :
Strict timings of 9:30AM to 6:00PM. Even one minute late can lead to half day salary deduction.
NO SHORT LEAVE. If you have some Emergency/bank work of 10-20 minutes, then you have to take a halfday.
You cannot come late but can be asked to work after 6 PM which is definitely not compensated. No reimbursement of working extra, no time relaxation in morning if working late in the evening. You can also be asked to pick up International Client/Distributor from the Airport at non-working hours(mostly in between 11PM - 2AM) and then next day you will have to be office on the time otherwise halfday will be marked.
In whole day, you can go outside the office for 30 minutes only in your lunch time.
Policies
You are not allowed to use phones in the office working hours but if Management calls you at non-working hours and you didn't answer, then you will be questioned for not responding.
Notice period of two months even for the Executive level Employees.
No appraisal policy. Appraisal is maximum for 10% for normal/hard working employees. If you think you can advance in this company, think again. Promotions and appraisals are often handed our based on favoritism or manipulation, not merit. If you're not part of the so called "inner circle" you're essentially invisible, and any career development is a pipe dream.
Bonus is a part of your CTC and then they will give it back to you on Diwali as Diwali gift.
F&F
F&F is not done on time. As per policy, F&F needs to be done in two months after the releiving but they easily stretches it to 3-6 months by saying that the Manager is not giving approval or Management is busy in Audit/not coming to office or any silly XYZ reason. They find new ways every time for not completing the F&F.
Role Clarity
No role clarity is there. Even if you are working as Manager, you can be asked to go and deliver samples/Gift items to the client Hotel or can be asked to do the packing/Exhibition wrap up which can easily be done by any Driver/Field boy. or you can be asked to bring household items from the mall(with you own conveyance) without considering your designation.
You will also be doing data entry into their software, Field work(going to embassy for VISA/Passport collection/submission which can easily be done by any Driver), etc.
Managers
Managers seems to thrive on creating drama and discord, spreading lies and rumours to distract from real work issues especially in R&D and International Marketing. A person who does not know the spelling and meaning of word "Dossier" is working as Manager in International Marketing Department. If you are not in adherence with you Toxic boss then the Toxic boss will continue to stay and whole team will be replaced including you. Entire Management will support and protect the Toxic boss because the toxic boss knows the buttering but he does not know how to be good to their subordinates as he knew its transactional and he will get something out of it.
Others
Company is more focused on intruding in Employee's personal life rather than focusing on their work. The only way to survive in Brawn is to show how much you work instead of actually working.
Clearly anyone can tell that 90% of 5 star ratings are one liners and do not have a specific reason to prove their point are done by employees under the pressure of HR as directed by the Management because if they don't, then they will have to face the consequences of the same. From this only, you can visualize the freedom of speech in this organization.
Nothing to be liked. you can lose your job at any time. employee with high salary are first thrown out so be carefull while joining this company. you can get hike but you can also loose job in seconds. Be carefull before joining.

...cked and banned by Govt. This is the top most company in employee harrassment . They donot pay salary even if working days . Job security is zero. Facility provided by company is zero.
