Lala company. No rules and policy it is entirely as per the convenience of owner. Low level Office politics and it starts from the owner himself. Job security is Nil. Employee treatment is very bad. Abusive language and use of derogatory language. Differential treatment amongst employee. No appraisal policy. Shabby workplace.

No respect of employee. Abusive language by all senior Management. Owner is involved in dirty Politics & discriminatory treatment. No hierarchy eg. even office boy may be asked to check the details of senior person. First organization where HR is controlling everything. One man show. Owner incompetent

I love that I am a part of the team, i am a member of project team. so, the job location always changes like Delhi ncr or Banglore, lucknow, hydrabad, mumbai.

Dislikes

I dislike to their management team, and they do not provide enough resources on time, so we faces some difficulties on project.

Work Well and there is nothing stopping you from achieving heights . The level of pressure in the work forges you so strong enough to survive in any company with any pressure level.
