...mplaining than finding solutions of your problems then it would be bad anywhere. As far as pay goes, its not the best but considering everything else given by company you'll be better off here than a couple lakhs more somewhere else. Its a product based company so there is a lot of internal innovation that keeps on happening. The office is insanely pretty and I can assure you this pretty office is very hard to find since its also built in 2020.

I like actually everything here. The dislikes here are what you'll face anywhere else too. So none.

Likes

Early log ins and log outs... basically shift timings. But in winters it didn't work for me.

Dislikes

...single day I was lectured to get a vision till such an extent that I broke down. I was an analyst whom they tricked to less salary and the other two people who held 8-10 years of experience looked towards to me to have a vision and create a process and life cycle. It was clear that they were failing. It was most because of that Australian lady and her stubborn behaviour and rude attitude. They had absolutely old way of doing things so of course my views were useless according to them as they dis have enough money to invest in improvement and better employees. I was not the first one who suffered in this role with this team. Do not dare to join...join only if you want to lose your confidence and want to feel unwanted.

...secondment if you become a frequent traveller due to client requirements 😀 . Excellent salary if you have niche skills in your job role. Trust me this Company give you 3x LPA against your experience if you negotiate well at the time of joining. Most people here really awesome (not everyone) so get to know them & make connections.

...f day job and I tried to get all knowledge no matter about the size or source. I only keep on working without emphasizing much on increment or salary hike. honestly speaking tried few couple of times but I didn't get any help neither from my long tales of reporting managers nor local HR people. Don't judge me please; my market value was not that low & i knew that so I started looking opportunities outside of the company and my hard work and patience rewarded me when I got opportunities outside approx 2 × hike. So, don't bothered about the negatives just focus on positives and your goals and if you can't meet expectations you always have opportunities in open market. ... accessories, environment, work life balance, lunch, cabs, medical policy, etc..and on top of that good salary in line industry standards.

It was dislike earlier but now Bravura is improving this aspect where they are training their managers via anywhere leadership culture where there is a focus on :- 1. Growth Mindset 2. Mental well-being 3. Empowerment, etc. And the one thing I would like to see Bravura continue to follow a organic leadership changes whenever required rather follow a inorganic changes viz. a successor of a outgoing leader should be from a firm itself.

The Company is open to innovation and adopt new technology. I am part of Bravura from last year March and it has been incredible journey. The best part is the friendly atmosphere in the company, transparency all the decision are informed to the employees which enable sense of trust.

Not sure about the compensation, this is the first time I will be getting it. The company really invest in the people and their training
