...ice to your career and don't want yourself to be part of another scam and fraud. They hired people from top colleges just to show their salary as expense in books. Actually they don't pay the salary and lay you off.Inlast 6 months they offered 1200 people and not laying off most of them.Even who are retained are without salary.

1) 20+ days delay in salary 2) PF money not being credited to EPFO account since several months 3) No Health Insurance for employees

...alaries for last 3.75 months and have also not paid any statutary taxes, PF etc. Also last year they did not pay the TDS till August and thus employees were unable to file their tax returns in time resulting in Penalties and interest. Workculture, Office environment was bad and due to non payment to the Office premise the entry to the office was blocked.

Apart from reasonably fair salary there is nothing much to like about Brane. Supposed "free breakfast and lunch" which is bad too.

Dislikes

1. Office is very small that there will be no chairs to sit at times. At least in Hyderabad it is better but in Bangalore it is bad. 2. Very bad public holiday policy. 3. Platform Partner Ramesh Nittur plays dirty politics and says very very sexist, racist things at the office with his "inner circle" and sometimes in public too. Yes, there is an inner circle full of old, outdated professionals from Oracle in his team. He has zero knowledge on technology. Treats people with no respect. Promises things which he won't deliver, later puts the blame on others. Fights with other partners and never work together. He is in a delusion that he is CEO material but in reality he is not fit to be in IT industry at all. 4. Product is in bad shape, no one wants to hear the truth. 5. Over-hiring. 6. No revenue even after 6 years 7. Beware of the fake positive reviews from the company.
