They cant even commit to a date of salary disbursement and follow through Hikes are minimal, company has delayed hikes by 6 months Feels like propoganda and delusion as senior management people says things they cant really back up. They are impartial in only one way - They put made up numbers on a daily basis irrespective of who they talk to - employees, investors, clients alike. They have gotten so used to lying that they have started believing in their own lyes

The recent rating given were very biased and not according to the work done by the leader. Salary will be provided late was not pre informed so many would have started saving earlier. Recently many have been told to upload positive reviews on many sites, which I think one should upload when they feel like giving. To get to know the organisation and your job profile before joining.

The timings are good. Salary is ample. Got ample opportunity to upskill. Has proper training infrastructure. I was satisfied with the work there. The only problem happened is the company financials degraded leading to late salaries. So, we started getting less work. Company culture is fine.

Dislikes

As company financials degraded, it started firing people. No chance of promotions as there is no long term stay at the company.

...es from May 2024. They had given false assurances about payments multiple times. They trick us with giving appraisals for 2024, but not paying any salary afterwards. They removed 1500 employees without notice in August 2025 and they removed another 1400 employees in February 2025. Satyam Ramalingaraju is the owner of this company

...pany owned by Satyam Computers owner, Ramlinga Raju. Be aware of this fraudster. He is not willing to pay last 6 months salaries of employees and we have to run to court for our salaries but no relief on salaries payment even after 1 years. Don't spoil your career by joining here.
