There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...company. Too much pressure and anyone come to you and gives their tasks to you. Don't join this , salary recived on 15 , so you have to wait for 15 days

There is culture, job security,salary delay, strict 9hrs, no increment, no hierarchy. It is a family own business where more than business then can get into any non sense. They monitor for every minut activity how many times you went out, how many seconds you came late, how much time you took lunch break, how many tea u had. Are these the reviewing parameter for appraisal. Highly recommended for people who have no job they would hire you blindly. People who want to while off the time can also fit in well.

...es are good but during the lockdown period and still company behaviour very bad.no salary timing confirm and I didn't get the incentive and quarterly till now.company didn't not support to the employees.i am very sad to looking the company behaviour.

They give good salary hike but not given bonus. some issue in work environment & management are not transparent. there is no job security & not help to employees in this corona situation.
