Understaffed admin department Long hours with no consideration for work-life balance Lack of support Hard work often went unacknowledged or unappreciated. Delayed salaries.

Senior management is not upto the Mark,No care about employees.no ethics,no good governance policy.

Dislikes

Not follow the protocol, working process...any time any one can take the dept. As head everytime changing the job responsibilities..no proper skill analysis.
