Nothing. There is no work culture. You can't talk to your colleague. Can't give your opinion. Anytime you can be demoted . Lunch hour is after lunchtime. Can't talk or chill. No work ethics no work life balance.

Too many, i don’t know were to start. Just to keep in short. Not recommended to work here. Just don’t join there. Poor management, Hr will not gonna reply to your need and they don’t even give you offer letter in hard copy and if you resign they totally ignore you they don’t give you the exist documents also you have to beg for it… i wish i can share you the screen shots here but I don’t have option for it…! And that head will tell you on your face, i am your boss, you will have to do whatever i say..it happened with my colleague over there… And one more thing HR need to update himself.. manager won’t tell you what to do again and again… And plz don’t discriminate, treat all employees equally and please give documents and pending money to everyone, i am requesting you..!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
