Company runs on Interns, it becomes difficult to manage the projects. As an executive I have to train a new Intern every month for the project. Couldn’t focus on the work we did on the projects. We had to focus on training a new intern for the work & everytime. There is no core team who can help when we are stuck at some point of time. The was no company culture. Overall dissatisfied working in the company. Good to start with your career but can’t grow while being there for a long time.

Except for good coworkers, there's nothing I like there.

Dislikes

Besides learning some technical skills and working with clients, my experience at Brandshark wasn’t great. The work culture was toxic, HR processes were poorly managed, and one of the co-founders, Ankur, often humiliated employees in group chats, using abusive and offensive language, frequently threatened to fire people, and showed no respect for employees. The other co-founder, Shekhar, lacked an understanding of certain functions and constantly tried to put them down, which created an even more demotivating environment. The HR was like a puppet, doing whatever the management said without standing up for the employees. There was no job security, and the environment severely impacted my mental health and self-esteem. If someone is considering joining, I’d strongly recommend waiting for a better offer instead of going through what I experienced.

The agency is Google Partnered so the leverage you will get is the support from Google's technical team but that too is a very limited opportunity. And yes on an honest note, I have learned a few good things about my work from both directors that I did not know earlier.

The challenges are both the directors not the work. The company has two directors: Ankur Sharma & Shekhar Suman. Ankur Sharma lagging in professionalism, behaviour and also knowledge in some extent. He's attitude towards the work culture is the only thing stopping the company to grow in my opinion. He puts unnecessary pressure on employees, humiliate them, using abusive language and no where he's up to helping you out in critical situation but he's very good at blame game. Only if he puts his ego aside and show some empathy and appreciation towards ALL the employees then surely this company will become a better place to work with. Shekhar Suman is a decent and knowledgeable individual who actually helped me in critical situations and trouble shooting but I felt sometimes he get influenced by Ankur. If Shekhar gets seperated from Ankur then he'll be a really good leader/director. Conclusion: You'll be working on your own in this company and no-one is going to help you out, and get ready to be blamed if any thing goes wrong even if there's no fault from your side

Took less time interviewing. asked only relevent questions and they know what they are doing, and thus they do not pressurize employees.
