Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

NO WORK CULTURE

...IVE MATERIAL TO VIKRAM DAWARE ,BRANDMARK CONSTRUCTION NOR CLEAR PAYMENT EARLY. STAFF SALARY IS THE MAIN ISSUE NOT GIVE SALARY REGULARLY. EVERY SECOND MONTH STAFF CHANGE DUE TO WORKING CULTURE. ALL EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY IN COMPANY ARE OUT DATEDAND DAILY MAINTAINCE REQUIRED.
