BrandLoom is a fantastic place to work with a great work-life balance. The Management is very considerate of employees, and salaries are always paid on time. Work-life boundaries are respected, with no disturbance after office hours unless its very critical. there are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn here. I have been with the company for nearly 4 years and love the positive work culture. Tasks are assigned based on what you can manage, and the frequent team activities make the workplace even more enjoyable.

I started working in this company in March 2024 and the most liked part about this company is the work culture and excellent management. My all the colleagues of the content team and designing team I work with are quite good. The CEO Avinash Chandra Sir is himself very good personality. Even if I commit mistakes sometimes but he guides me like a mentor. The CTO Anupama Ma'am is also a nice person. She is very knowledgeable and is a amicable personality. . There is zero office politics. Everyone has the right to speak about their ideas. And employees are treated very nicely here. . We can have 2 paid leaves in a month, which is another good thing about the company. Operational hours are also quite nice.

I don't find any problems so far. There is nothing that is a issue for any of the employee.

There is no negatives or dislikes but need improvements. While the management has taken serveral initiatives recently, there is still a room for more team interactions and gatherings to build stronger connections.
