Dislikes

No culture, no worklife balance and I was fired because I came late twice a week however the whole week I was leaving the office at 9:30 & even in FNF they deducted my salary of 12K for coming late. Worst co-founder you can ever see. Abuses in front of all company!

Only thing to like about this company is their clientele and projects.

Dislikes

Company culture is really toxic and lot of internal politics. Colleagues are not very helpful. Its a traumatizing place. People who are in bosses' good books are the ones to get promotions and appraisals. Not at all good for interns. The art director wants to boss around the interns.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
