New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

... and, then alerting unit and then 1 week training at UNIT SKILL DEVELOP CENTER. 100% safety and security in my company my current salary is 13,500/- working environment was very peaceful and natrualy and working hours is 8 hrs only in day shift 7.30 am to 4.00 pm night shift is 4 pm to 12.30 am 2 shift only.

Good Products offered by company, Good Infrastructure, Salary on Time.

Dislikes

Plant is not in Jamshedpur, it's located at Saraikela, Descision making by HR team is poor, management trusting on negative feedback by negative employees. Site Head always indulge in politics and corruption.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
