Salary of management employee in not upto standard. Carrier growth is not good, can't compare with MNC. Chartered accountant mgmt, so no employee welfare.

Insurance is very less and limited to 2Lakhs. All the welfare like gym & playing court is now occupied for work ing area.

Team mates are Good,Learning and Training is periodic, work pressure is less.Great innovation and Technology,Focussed to Customer requirements

No compensation, less concentration on work life balance, Expect people to be neurotic.

Plant is not in Jamshedpur, it's located at Saraikela, Descision making by HR team is poor, management trusting on negative feedback by negative employees. Site Head always indulge in politics and corruption.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
