Salary of management employee in not upto standard. Carrier growth is not good, can't compare with MNC. Chartered accountant mgmt, so no employee welfare.

Insurance is very less and limited to 2Lakhs. All the welfare like gym & playing court is now occupied for work ing area.

There is a Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job tranning is not given to new joinees

Plant is not in Jamshedpur, it's located at Saraikela, Descision making by HR team is poor, management trusting on negative feedback by negative employees. Site Head always indulge in politics and corruption.
