Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to 10-12 hours straight in a days evening and sometimes late into tha night. But every day job related the new learning..

...ntial for the growth of the organisation and enhance our skill and capabilities.It should also work on compensation.Managers do not value the work of and individuals.They should look to it that the environment in the company should be beneficial for each and everyone which in turn benefits the organisation.

Very comfurtaful enviroment and on the training is well,salary is11500 per mon, less work tension, high job security, growth is well.

Not permanent job, this company is high production so some time high work tension

Salary increment is good but no career improvements. If you join as trainee you will be used as trainee after you got experienced. Not a good place to work for BE graduates.
