There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Very poor work environment

I have given the interview in this company then we found out that HR policy is very bad for new hiring process at interview time ,And the have not care for time value of the human at a interview time . As per last read review then we found the same HR attitude.

I m happy that I m part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products. My seniors, colleagues come from various cultural background, we work happily in collaboration. Another plus point is that I like the employee 're hire policy.

Dislikes

I don't receive appreciation from my seniors and my boss when we work done good. Also there is no training for freshers and newcomers. Managers do not value an individual unique strength.
