JRE is principally focused on innovative and outcome based education. JRE is the first institute in NCR to start Project Based Learning and energized every student to become self reliant successful. Another key for the success of the institute was constant Mentoring and periodical evaluation system. JRE is one of the members of IUCEE and also closely worked with best institutes in India for collaborative projects. In a nut shell it is one of the best institute to work with during that period.

Liking and disliking is a relative term. For example, at JRE most of the communication is via e-mails/Skype (almost like paper free campus) and every employee of the institute are encouraged to use technology. But, notably every one used to get opportunity for training. Transition of work culture or technology may draw extra attention!

Every thing,non skilled employees are on the top position. Due to only oiling, all are crab generation,only politics are there,top most management are non skillied and they thing they are everything,They are hiring student relationship officer for 1 season only.when you asked for increament they are give you unpaid leave.after season will start they called you and asked for joining,big fraud company,naukri should ban this company,they are playing with Candidate life

A family person should not join this Institution.because they squeeze so much nothing remains and all on a sudden based on some internal politics can through you out.

Dislikes

They squeeze so much no family relationships can be maintained.. The head used obstructive sentences for employees, specially for women faculties.

Just one thing I like about the institute that my teammates always supported each other and we worked together in every difficult situation without giving any excuse.

There is no management control over staff of the organisation and everything is going on without following statutory compliance.
