Teammates are average, there have job security but no career growth, Salary hike is very low, I have to travel in various government office, There have office politics, there have good learning system, work environment is good, there are no scope of innovation etc.

There are no system of work.

Overall brainware is very bad organisations for employees as well as for students.

Company is good. But growth, job security etc. totally depends on senior's consideration. Not all employees got equally growth even worked excellent.

1. Growth opportunity is low expect some of other. 2. Hidden politics 3.

Working place is more safe for all, aside culture is very improved . Management is very co operative and all over company has very good reputation and teammates are very supportive and helpful.
