- Some head level persons do politics with Juiniors. They don't know anything (0 knowledge, If i say simply how to write one program to do summation of input variables i am damn sure they will fail) and they are still in top position. They make fool to CEO and CEO also gets fooled.
- They always brings connector project. All employees are tired but still to earn money they brings.
- BA don't know anything, they just say false statements to client to bring projects.
- There are some persons with delivery head posts but don't even print statement working and also don't know how to hire people. They just play politics with employees to secure their position.
- No relaxation in work. Once you complete one project then they immediately put developers into other project to bring it live. To generate more reveneue they hire freshers with 0 knowledge. To get relaxation sometimes I had shown the work is in progress even if it is completed.

They deduct your salary they will ask you to resign or else they will threaten you by saying that they will do termination if you don’t resign and it will impact your career also you will not get salary.
