... he was in sales, neither he know how to communicate, nor he was good by nature. He failed to bring even 1% of the sales, he was getting good salary. He was not following any order, not punctual to the calling time. Always shows fake expenses list and take expenses from office. Trust me! The company is really good, don't be afraid of those negative reviews. all the employees are really good and you will enjoy working here. Literally no work pressure, AND YES, ONE MORE THING, Rohit sir is like a true father figure to his employees, and he takes care of his each and every employee. :-)

...mera everywhere in the office. They are continuously watching and listening you. When you asked for salary, expenses and even your appointment letter. They will put allegation on you that you are using bad words for the company. If you ask them show or prove it that you have used any foul or bad words for company or any company person. They will ask you to take legal action. In normal scenario you will not take because you have to do job in this company or other company. So better to take complete feedback of this company or Rohit Tripathi.

...My expenses were around 45 k from mar 2020 to July 2020 but i recieved only 15k. My one month salary plus i did an Refreshments meet in RGCI hospital of worth Rs. 3800 which i did after the approval of Rohit Tripathi. He denied to pay that also. Can you name a company who don't provide salary slip and appointment and joining letters to their employees. When we asked for our appointment letter they put false allegations on us and threatening us by giving a notice (from a advocate not from court) . I stronger suggest please take proper feedback before joining this company. Otherwise it will be a career spoiler.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
