Work environment is very good and flexible. Work from home and hybrid work both are available. Top management and seniors are very helpful and supportive. New joiner can get good career growth opportunity here. Every employees is getting free health insurance. Also there is casual leave, medical leave, maternity leave available for each employees. The management is providing periods leave for every women employees in each month. Every employees getting EPF. Every year company arrange tour and events for refreshment to get a perfect work life balance.

Dislikes

There is only one cons is that the Salary they provided every 10th on each month. But no salary delay issue I faced yet like other companies.

Nothing to like there, three employers made the organisation just like a hell.

No proper training No apraisal No facilities Pf employer contribution also cutting from employee salary Worthless cheap project managers Worthless operation manager just understands his profit rather than company name or benefit. Interferes every aspect of situation to make happy to the employer. HR division are puppets of employer, so no healthy benefits. No quality checking exists. No leave benefits like sick leave and others. The leave is countable within 15 days total even it is Sunday or any other holiday, but essential common national holiday are open. Nothing more to say as the condition going worst. Salary limit never allows good skilled experienced people to come n join here.
