I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

its a fake company

...erience, this company was worst in my life. Reasons - 1). No work structure, 2). Partiality behavior, in salary term, never you can't get salary on time, and structure is also ghatiya. 3). If you work here you will feel like bother mentally and physically. 4). You will get here only experience, not knowledge. 5). Don't go in this company on the basis of reviews, these 4-5 start reviews are fake. 6). This company have pending my salary around 28k, it was my hard work. if you not pay for hard work, God knows. Good Wishes!!

there is nothing good to mention about this company. It’s a complete disaster.

... skills. Employees are fired without notice and left without their due salaries. I myself am owed three months' salary, and many others are in the same boat. The work environment is toxic, and they treat employees like their sl@ves. There is no proper leave policy, and you can forget about getting paid on time. If you receive an offer from BrainCave Software, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. This place is a sinking ship with a captain who doesn't even know how to steer.

No payment of salary for three months, poor communication and unprofessional management. When I asked about my salary, they terminated me without any notice. Same thing happened with other employees also.

It's A Fraud Company.... Biggest Fraud person in this company is Hr Anita and Mr Chandan... They Will Tell you that you will receive offer Letter after 15 days and then after 15 days they will send your offer letter In Which it's Mentioned that Company will pay your salary After 2 months but after completion of 1 Month ,they will terminate you. It's A Fraud Company.So do not ever join.I have filled a case against this company 👍
