Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good exposure with autistic kids even if you are masters in psychology

Dislikes

1. Salary is below average 2. No proper instructions to trainees for therapy given to the kids. 3. Centre head is a terrible person 4. Even if you take intitative to offer more than given hours, they never consider that. 5. Even if you go out of your way to do things for them, they don’t consider anything while paying employees

No job security, directors were rude and negligent towards employees, no respect for the performance given by the therapists, non considerate towards sick leaves, negligent towards safely of patients during pandemic
