Only 1 dislike - Management believes on PM/BDM because PM/BDM are either Director's classmate or working from a long time with them so If you do not satisfy to PM/BDM with flattery then your job can be on risk.

...ork on different kind of project and this will help you learn and grow together. Company offer good salary according to current market place and comparison to other company of same level. You will get good increment there as well if your performed well. HR policy and Directors are good. You can share your problem with directors and they will help you. Job security is also good here. Basically you can live a tension free work life here.

1. late coming penalty: Company should work on this. If you come late by 1-2 minutes they deduct half day salery. But yes they offer you 3 free late coming by half an hour. 2. Learning: Company should urge employees to use learn new change in their technology and use that in the project. 3. Proper project management 4. Testing team

In my entire professional life, I have never encountered such a disheartening office culture, unprofessional HR department, and inept administration. The behavior exhibited by the CEO, Shri Pal Singh, and the CTO, Anurag Agarwal, is utterly shocking and reflects a lack of basic respect and etiquette. The HR representative, Gitanjali, indulges in harmful activities like spreading rumors and gossiping about colleagues, creating a toxic and hostile work environment. Working in this organization feels like enduring constant comparisons to the CEO's 11th-grade child, with no room for positive feedback or growth. The high ratings on certain platforms seem suspicious, suggesting they may have been coerced from employees. Furthermore, the lack of job security is alarming, as experienced employees are not given warnings or performance improvement plans before being dismissed. The company's practices are deeply concerning, resembling more of a factory than a supportive workplace. The management's approach to making employees work while holding sensitive documents as collateral is highly unethical and unprofessional. Adding to the concerns, there is no privacy for employees, as both the CEO and CTO monitor your movements through their monitors, creating a constant sense of surveillance and unease. Considering the alarming revelations, it is crucial for anyone considering this company to think twice, or even thrice, before accepting any job offer. It is advisable to explore other opportunities and prioritize a healthier and more respectful work environment. As for the CEO (Shri Pal Singh), he lacks basic etiquettes and speaks disrespectfully to his subordinates, even using the informal word "Tu." This demeaning language further contributes to the toxic and demoralizing atmosphere within the organization.
