I have worked here for almost 4 year. I love the fact that I got a good senior who trained me well and always help me to achieve the best. I have two project managers their and both are very helpful in nature. They guide me to develop robust and good quality project. You will always get chance to work on different kind of project and this will help you learn and grow together. Company offer good salary according to current market place and comparison to other company of same level . You will get good increment there as well if your performed well. HR policy and Directors are good. You can share your problem with directors and they will help you. Job security is also good here. Basically you can live a tension free work life here....Read More

1. late coming penalty: Company should work on this. If you come late by 1-2 minutes they deduct half day salery. But yes they offer you 3 free late coming by half an hour. 2. Learning: Company should urge employees to use learn new change in their technology and use that in the project. 3. Proper project management 4. Testing team

My work is slightly challenging their. I got few projects in which I need to do lots of R&D. But I love challenges. Company also appreciate my work and awarded me for that.

I am working at Brain Technosys more than a year , and I am working with technology asp.net MVC, jQuery, kendo UI, SQL server 2014,2018 with defferent live projects as IBP Accelerator,Event combo etc.
