...ees working in BrahMos Aerospace Thiruvananthapuram with very low basic payment. They will not provide decent salary to contract employees. this company cant move forward without these contract employees. Contract employees are the backbone of this company. Apprentices also have high workload. Company not providing any insurance to contract Engineers. All contract male employees ( technician, supervisor, engineers) should wear uniform ( this uniform material is low quality and not comfortable). Management also showing gender discrimination towards contract employees. Because female contract employees can wear any type of outfit, but male employees should wear uniform dress.

...t here is a all facilities,no work pressure, specially for female are safe here. As I'm on contractual basis here is salary increase. Only Delhi government basis increase.

No attention is paid to contractual employees, although they are working equivalent to the regular employees.

Im working here as a contract employee. They will not provide descent salary to contract employees. There is also no salary increment to contract employees.

Product quality is the main think in brahmos. We can learn the works in the company.

There is poor salary in brahmos and no permanent staff recruiting in that company. Fully contract labours. Iam also contract labours.we don't have to settle our life
