...ees working in BrahMos Aerospace Thiruvananthapuram with very low basic payment. They will not provide decent salary to contract employees. this company cant move forward without these contract employees. Contract employees are the backbone of this company. Apprentices also have high workload. Company not providing any insurance to contract Engineers. All contract male employees ( technician, supervisor, engineers) should wear uniform ( this uniform material is low quality and not comfortable). Management also showing gender discrimination towards contract employees. Because female contract employees can wear any type of outfit, but male employees should wear uniform dress.

Im working here as a contract employee. They will not provide descent salary to contract employees. There is also no salary increment to contract employees.

There is no job security.dont waste future in there. salary of contract employees are below 11000 in 2021.working atmosphere very bad no safety . canteen facilities are too bad

my monthly salary is below 10000 I work 8 hours per day total working days 22 but my salary is too less Too much worst experience are there

There is poor salary in brahmos and no permanent staff recruiting in that company. Fully contract labours. Iam also contract labours.we don't have to settle our life

Resident Postion depends on our reporting people how the work will be like some time you will have preassure some will be more free

Some times our skills are under used Salary is a constrain for contract engineers
